Less Time for Evolution to Create Dinosaurs

As reported in the i Newspaper: 'A set of fossilised bones kept for more than half a century in the dusty storerooms of the Natural History Museum in London have turned out to have belonged to the earliest known dinosaur... Scientists have confirmed that the fossils, which were first unearthed in the 1930s in Tanzania, are those of a Labrador-sized dinosaur that lived at least 10 to 15 million years earlier than the previous oldest-known dinosaur.' (i, Wednesday 5 December, p. 17). So, that's 10-15 million fewer years for evolution to work in to get from non-dinosaur ancestor to dinosaur (and from less complex to more complex). Hence this discovery turns the screw stretching the thread of neo-Darwinian credulity just that little bit tighter.
